Every effort possible is made to ensure complete customer satisfaction.  If you have any questions about an original painting or drawing please contact me.

Refunds or exchanges are possible but at the discretion and final decision made by the artist, Candace Bell.

All paintings, prints, commissioned artwork are extremely well packaged with care and tracking number to ensure safe arrival.  However if anything arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of receipt.

Buyer must return damaged item at his expense.  Refund or replacement is made at the discretion of the artist, Candace Bell.
